Photography

A series of photographs that draws on and responds to elements of Andreas Gursky’s practice. In addition to demonstrating an understanding of Andreas Gursky’s work in terms of aesthetics, stylistic techniques, conceptual framework, as well as the social, cultural, political, and historical themes that his work engages.

This project was conducted in my photography course in Fall 2020 under the supervision of professor Hala Al-Ani.
